The Story

For me, cooking is like a journey where I can discover new dishes and flavours. It also gives me insights into other cultures and inspires me to continue cooking. Ceviche has a long tradition and has been influenced by many cultures throughout history. This is the classic version, but I recommend trying other versions to find what suits you the best.

Some people claim that the fish should be served immediately, and some want the fish to marinate for a longer time in the refrigerator. The leftover white juice is called Leche De Tigre (tigermilk) and is said to be able to relieve hangovers.

Lastly it’s important to use fresh ingredients and ensure the temperature is right since this is a cold dish.
