The Story

I was born in Sweden and moved to Chile when I was 9 years old. I grew up there having family gatherings around a table full of tasty food, and pebre with bread could be found with every meal.

Pebre is a spicy condiment you will find on virtually every table in Chile, and it has an infinite number of variations. I love pebre because it adds a nice bite to your meals. I learned this recipe from my mother, who always encouraged me, during my time in Chile, to learn more about Chilean cuisine.

Today here in Sweden, I continue to serve pebre at my table and love everything about drinking and eating with others, thanks to her.
